Version 1.0
ShopZi uses the personal and business contact information supplied during Partner onboarding to create and administer Partner accounts, verify and support stores, operate orders and payments, prevent fraud, maintain security, comply with legal and regulatory duties, and communicate about the Partner relationship.
This may include names, business roles, contact details, business addresses, company or trader information, account activity, agreement acceptance records, technical/security logs and payment-provider onboarding references. Payment providers may collect additional identity and bank information directly under their own privacy terms.
Depending on the processing, ShopZi relies on steps necessary to enter into or perform the Partner contract, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests such as platform security, fraud prevention, service administration and business records. Consent is used only where it is the appropriate lawful basis.
Information may be shared where necessary with payment processors, hosting/IT providers, professional advisers, regulators, law-enforcement bodies where legally required, and service providers acting for ShopZi. ShopZi does not permit service providers to use Partner personal data for unrelated purposes.
ShopZi keeps information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the Partner relationship and applicable legal, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention and regulatory requirements. Signed agreement and transaction records may need to be retained after the account closes.
Individuals may have rights under UK data-protection law including access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability where applicable. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Use ShopZi's published support/contact channel for privacy requests. This notice should be read together with ShopZi's main Privacy Policy.
