ShopZi makes it simple to discover local businesses, order what you need for Delivery or Collection and, for eligible deliveries, shop from multiple stores within the current ShopZi basket limit in one basket through one convenient platform.

Start by choosing your delivery location. ShopZi can then help you discover participating stores and restaurants serving your area.
Browse available products and add what you need to your basket. Eligible delivery baskets can include products from up to two participating stores. Each store prepares its own part and the driver may complete two pickups before travelling to your delivery address.

Choose your products
Browse available items and add what you need
to your basket. For eligible deliveries, you can
combine products from multiple stores within the current ShopZi basket limit.

Place your order
Review your basket, delivery information
and complete checkout.

Store prepares it
The business receives the order
and prepares the requested items.

Driver collects it
Once the order is ready,
the assigned driver picks it up.

Track your delivery

after the order has been collected.

Your order arrives at
your selected delivery address.
Delivery, Collection and scheduled orders
Choose the fulfilment option available for your order. Where Scheduled Orders or pre-ordering are available, ShopZi can show a future valid time based on the participating store's opening hours. For a multi-store delivery, each store prepares its own items and the delivery route may include an additional pickup.

Your order moves through clear stages. Once the driver picks up the order, you can follow its delivery progress until it reaches you.
