ShopZi Data Deletion

How to request deletion of your ShopZi account and personal data.

If you have used Facebook Login with ShopZi and want your ShopZi account and personal data deleted, you can request deletion at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@shopzi.co.uk from the email address linked to your ShopZi account.
  2. Use the subject Data Deletion Request.
  3. Include the name and email address associated with your ShopZi account so we can identify the correct account.
For security, ShopZi may ask you to verify that you are the account holder before deleting account data.

What happens next

Once your request is verified, ShopZi will delete or anonymise personal data associated with your account where legally permitted. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, payment, dispute, or regulatory purposes.

Facebook permissions

You can also remove ShopZi from the apps and websites connected to your Facebook account. Removing Facebook access does not automatically delete your ShopZi account, so use the deletion request process above if you also want your ShopZi account deleted.
